To Our Valued Tenants,

Along with the rest of the nation and world, Bourbon Mini-Storage is in uncharted territory with the COVID-19 outbreak.  Our thoughts are with all who have been impacted by the COVID-19 situation.

We are taking precautions as set forth from the Indiana Department of Health and CDC.  In our offices, retail counter, all high touch and high traffic areas are being sanitized regularly in accordance.  We are also communicating with our employees on how they can prevent the spread of germs and stay home if they are not feeling well.  We are limiting face-to-face transactions from outside sources as a result.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, we are highly encouraging all tenants to use our online platform for payment – www.bourbonministorage.com, call, or mail the payment to our offices.

If you experience difficulties using our online platform, please call during normal office hours and we will help you thru the process.  

If you are experience difficulties with accessing your storage unit, please call before coming into the office to minimize exposure.
